'Inkaar' Rahul Verma (Arjun Rampal) and Maya Luthra (Chitrangada Singh) works in an advertising agency. Things take a dramatic turn when Maya files a case of sexual harassment against her boss, Rahul. The committee needs to look into the complaint and find out what the truth is. Will they able to find out the truth and more so, Mishra makes it interesting enough at the beginning by introducing suspense in a bit, giving you a sense that you don't know who is right and who is wrong. But it all unravels bit quickly.
'Inkaar' In flashbacks, it is revealed that Rahul is Maya's mentor, guiding and helping her through ignorant clients and difficult campaigns. Soon, the employee-boss façade gives way and the two slip into a relationship, one that goes awry when Maya wises up to Rahul's philandering ways....
